The basic functionalities of the existing application were selling and buying. The brand has multiple branches across Delhi (NCR) to serve a wider audience.
Besides features enhancement, our team of experts also worked on the CRM department for the existing application. To this CRM department, there was a task related to WhatsApp Integration (KIT 19) as well, where the assigned team worked to fulfill the requirement.
