The client approached ValueCoders to develop a user-friendly platform for efficiently uploading and allocating information to the internal team. Our experts suggested creating an intuitive platform that simplifies data upload and streamlines task assignments.
As an innovative service provider, ValueCoders aims to leverage technology to develop an MVP web-based solution that will be mobile-responsive. The proposed application will provide more functionality and support to users looking for a comprehensive solution for user engagement. The proposed application will provide a platform for clients to engage with their teams. It will offer various question types, response formats, and visuals.
The proposed client application will have an intuitive and easy-to-use interface that caters to all users, irrespective of their technical knowledge. The proposed application will be enabled with easy user registration, which can be an organization, department, or team. The application will provide leaders with customization options for team creation, question type selection, response formats, and visual aesthetics. They can choose from various templates to suit their needs. The leaders can create and update their teams.
The application will be flexible regarding the user’s scale and geographical locations Super users must be able to launch assessments to a selected team/teams. These assessments will be floated all simultaneously across the market/country/region. The leader must be able to choose which assessments he/she wants the team to complete (one vs. multiple). We will implement the 6 assessments in the MVP stage with no option to create the assessment.
The application will be enabled with a simple interface providing easy access to launch the assessments and collect the result. The application will generate a report and Excel file for each team assessment. The proposed application will provide real-time analytics and insights to help leaders make informed decisions on the fly. This will also help the admin to set up and update the assessments accordingly. In the current MVP application, the data result will be simple without any intelligent processing.
The team member must receive a report of their completed results immediately once submitted.

● PROCESS
We developed a database to store the assessment results and track the data over time. The data will be linked to each team and leader and provide a dashboard for tracking the progress and trends.
End User
Participants are the users who can participate in the assessments and complete the tasks. Participants can submit their responses and view their responses. They can also view the responses to their group assessment.
Leader
The team leaders are one of the core users of this application who will use it to view and complete the assessments assigned to them by the admin, or they can create and push it forward to their team for completion. The application enables the leaders to develop the group per their team and manage the complete group. The application will be available on both web and Android and iOS platforms.
The application will have a user-friendly interface, making it easy for users to navigate the app, create groups, manage the assessments, and view the desired results.
Super User
Sense to solve to assign a super user role to an individual/s in an organization. Note- this individual will also be a team leader and/or a team player. Typically the superuser would be the head of HR.
Admin
Administrators will manage the application’s backend and ensure that all assessments and data are up to date and resolve any issues that may arise. The administrator will also manage the complete data and user details.
● DOCUMENTATION
ValueCoders was able to satisfy the challenging requirement through significant technology. It helped us deliver the expected results and supported our team to evolve enormously.
Our great determination led us to develop a bug-free module with all implemented features per the scope of work.
As a final complete product, it serves as an assessment management website where users can register, and they will be able to do the assigned assessments, and leaders will assign the assignments to their team members.
● ARCHITECTURE
The architecture design document describes the components and specifications required to support the solution and ensures that the design’s specific business and technical requirements are satisfied.
This part of the document states the business goals and the goals of the solution. The web browser allows users to interact with the web functions developed with HTML/CSS.
The web application server handles the central hub that supports business logic and multi-layer application created using NodeJS.
The database server offers business logic and relevant info/data that the server stores and manages. It stores, retrieves, and provides the information.
