Key challenges

The idea was very innovative, so it was very tricky to implement the smart chatbot that will give output based on the user area of interest.
It’s quite challenging to develop chatbot, that holds the user's attention till the end. As users have limited time span for their queries and fast replies.

Solution Implementation

Our expert team of mobile app developers understood the technical details of this project, reviewed other websites and started working on the necessary areas of this project at first. We followed the following processes to execute the project.

Phase wise deployment was planned as per the client request where we developed two more applications which can be linked to the registered mobile number on the messaging application.
During the mobile application development state, We assisted client by providing regular project updates and scheduling team meetings on a regular basis.
